Rentals begin at 2pm (check in) on the day of arrival and end at 11am (check out) on day of departure. A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required upon booking, only then will the apartment be shown as 'booked' on the calendar. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the booking. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of starting your holiday, then full payment is required upon booking. The apartment can not be booked in your name until funds are cleared.

 

A breakages deposit of £200 is required. This should be paid when the full amount of your stay is due to be paid. As long as there are no breakages or damage, and the keys are returned to the management company and the inventory check is satisfactory, your deposit will be refunded IN FULL to you within 14 days of the end of your stay.

 

The management companies normal working hours are 8am - 8 pm, 7 days per week. If you require call out assistance outside these hours (loss of keys etc etc), there will be a charge of £80. This charge will be deducted from your breakages deposit.
